New Technology Mud Motors

Axial's Patent Pending PDC bearing assembly is state of the art and does not utilize any balls, races, seals, oil, snap rings, pins, springs, Belleville washers, etc., and does not require the setting of compression on bearings and or measurements of any type using calipers or feeler gages. It is extremely robust, simple, and easy to service. Matter of fact, it can not be assembled incorrectly excluding of course properly torquing the connections. All critical dimensions are machined into the parts with very tight tolerances to ensure reliability. All external components can be manufactured of NACE Compliant materials including Inconel for sour gas service.

  • Innovative Design: The bearing assembly is state-of-the-art and differentiates itself from traditional designs by not using balls, races, seals, oil, snap rings, pins, springs, Belleville washers, etc.

  • Simplicity and Robustness: The assembly is designed to be extremely robust and simple, making it easier to service.

  • Ease of Assembly: The design is foolproof as it cannot be assembled incorrectly, except for ensuring proper torquing of connections.

  • Precise Manufacturing: All critical dimensions are machined with tight tolerances, ensuring high reliability.

  • Suitable for Specialized Environments: The use of NACE Compliant materials, including Inconel, makes it suitable for sour gas service.

Metal x Metal Motors

Axial also is running Metal to Metal motors which can tolerate extreme temps, corrosives, acids, H2S, C02, straight N2, and Zylenes to treat while milling.

These Powers Sections paired with our New Technology PDC Bearing Pack, give you a motor that you can rely on whether Fishing or Milling with more Tensile Strength!
